According to an initial reconstruction, the entrepreneur, without any plausible reason and while he was trying to enter the home of his elderly mother (also a victim of stone throwing after her son's complaint), was invited to leave the area before the same customer warned him that he would shortly be resorting to violence.
According to rumours, the man is related to the alterio all currently in prison after the blitz of 25 April 2022 by the Carabinieri of Castello di Cisterna.
“It was April when we took to the streets, in Arzano, in the Naples area, to demonstrate our solidarity with Giovanni who had sent his extortionists to prison – Sandro Ruotolo declared -. We launched an appeal to the other traders of Arzano, to take courage and also denounce the Camorra.

We are and will always be against arrogance, against abuse, against the Camorra. Let everyone eat bread with the sweat of their brow. God bless those who hunger and thirst for justice”.
The new threats come a few weeks after the arrest of the fugitive in Giugliano by the Carabinieri David Fisherman, alias pal e fierr 43 year old considered a top element of the “clan 167” from Arzano.
The man is considered seriously suspected of extortion aggravated by mafia purposes to the detriment of the entrepreneur of Bellagio Bar, commissioned together with Antonio Alterio, shot in the leg in a recreational club in November 2021, as well as brother of Gennaro and Raffaele they also ended up in prison on April 25th last year together with 27 other people; Salvatore Lupoli alias o' trombone and Joseph Compass.
