She was arrested on charges of infanticide the 40-year-old woman who was found last Wednesday on the street in Casal di Principe in a confused state with a dead fetus in a bag.

The measure, issued as part of investigations coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Napoli North, was carried out today against the woman, of Moroccan origins and illegally in Italy, who had been working for a few months as a carer in Casal di Principe.
According to the prosecution, the 40-year-old had voluntarily taken numerous tablets of a drug normally used as an anti-inflammatory in order to have an abortion.
