The activity of the Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza continues incessantly Avellino, under the orders of Colonel Salvatore Minale, to combat the phenomena of economic and financial illegality and, in particular, "black work". During a fiscal inspection activity, started on the initiative, on the basis of specific critical indicators that emerged in the preparatory phase, against a construction company operating in the Irpinia province, the financial police of the Lieutenancy of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi (AV) have reconstructed the employment positions of 7 individuals who, from 2018 to 2022, for a total of 503 days, carried out their work activity "under the table".
The activity concluded in recent days with the notification to the employer of the violation foreseen and sanctioned by art. 3 paragraph 3 DL 12/2002 and subsequent amendments, for the total amount of Euro 41.400,00 and with the referral to the Judicial Authority of a worker for having unduly received the monthly unemployment benefit.
The service operation in question is part of the overall intensification of economic control activities in the territory which see the Departments of the Provincial Command of Avellino, under the command of Colonel Salvatore Minale, who are daily engaged in carrying out multiple institutional missions and who, for the current year, have already allowed the sanctioning of a further 21 employers for having employed a total of 66 undeclared and/or irregular workers.
