I Carabinieri of the Campagna station, province of Salerno, they have thus started the investigations, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office Salerno and culminated in the execution of an order, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Salerno, applying the precautionary measure of removal from the family home and the prohibition of approaching the injured party and the places usually frequented by the latter against a 38-year-old, investigated for stalking his cohabiting aunt.
According to the investigations, the woman was subjected to continuous threats, beatings and injuries from her 38-year-old nephew.
