Nonostante fosse già ristretto ai domiciliari per reati in materia di stupefacenti il 26enne è stato sorpreso dai carabinieri della Stazione di Sant’Arpino, e dalle unità cinofile del Nucleo Carabinieri di Sarno, in possesso di numerose dosi di cocaina e marijuana pronte allo spaccio.
It happened this morning when the military, during an anti-drug operation, noticed the suspicious movements of some people who were hanging around the 26-year-old's home, who immediately moved away at the sight of the Carabinieri.
The military entered the building where, thanks to the nose of the drug-sniffing dog "Attila", they found hidden in the boiler room of the house and in other rooms 11 heat-sealed cellophane bags containing cocaine, a plastic bag containing marijuana, a precision scale covered in cocaine, the sum of cash equal to 1090,00 euros divided into small and medium denomination banknotes, a handwritten piece of paper with names and numbers likely attributable to sums of money and various materials for packaging the doses.
The drugs and cash were seized.
The 26-year-old, already known to the police for property crimes and crimes involving weapons and drugs, was taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, at the disposal of the competent judicial authority. He will have to answer for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
