The Carabinieri of the station of Carbonara of Nola they reported two individuals, a 23-year-old and an 18-year-old of Romanian origin, who were caught on the road aboard a “three-wheeled” vehicle loaded with special waste. The situation of the vehicle was even more compromised when it was discovered that the license plate was non-existent and the chassis altered.
In fact, inside the body of the vehicle there were waste of all kinds, without any form of filter or differentiation: fixtures, rusty barrels with paint residues, out-of-use appliances and more. This situation led to the seizure of the waste and the vehicle itself.
