As part of checks carried out by the Carabinieri of the station Sant'Antonio Abate and of the Labour Inspectorate Unit (NIL) of Napoli, a situation of undeclared work emerged that led to sanctions against the sole director of a company. The scene of the crime was identified in a bar located in Via Roma.
Inside the premises, out of a total of 4 individuals present, the presence of 5 workers employed in irregular conditions, operating illegally, was detected. The intervention of the police led to the imposition of 2 administrative violations, with a total fine of 16.900 euros.
