Il Gip di Milano ha deciso di concedere gli arresti domiciliari a Shiva, known trapper ventiquattrenne, accusato di tentato omicidio, porto abusivo di arma da fuoco ed esplosioni pericolose.
L’artista, seguito da milioni di giovani su social media, era stato arrestato lo scorso ottobre dalla State Police.
During the trial, his lawyers, Marco Campora and Daniele Barelli, said they were confident they could prove that Shiva acted in self-defense during the attack that took place in Settimo Milanese last July.
Shiva, whose real name is Andrea Arrigoni, is also involved in another investigation in San Benedetto del Tronto, along with five other young people, for a brawl that occurred last August.
Recently, the judge of Ascoli decided to grant Shiva the precautionary measure of house arrest with obligation to remain in his residence.
