During an operation by the State Police, a man was arrested for possession and supply of narcotic substances to Porta Capuana.
The officers of the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station, on duty in the Piazza San Francesco area, surprised the man while he was selling drugs to a buyer in exchange for money.
The arrested man was found in possession of hashish, cash and cocaine, while the buyer was fined for possession of drugs for personal use.
A 29-year-old Egyptian citizen ended up in prison. The timely intervention of the police allowed the criminal activity to be interrupted and the illicit substances to be seized.
