The Yellow Flames of the Provincial Command of Benevento they conducted an administrative seizure operation of 10.635 kg of pellets that did not comply with the Consumer Code.

The Financial Police of the Mobile Section of the Economic and Financial Police Unit identified a commercial activity in the province of Benevento that held numerous pallets of heating pellets without the mandatory information such as the origin of the product, the composition, the registered office of the manufacturer and the type of wood used.

This information is essential to ensure the quality and safety of the product to the final buyer. The person responsible for the commercial activity has been sanctioned and reported to the competent authorities.
