Big River: Mustang Hood, The New Album From The Bolognese Band
From Friday 5 April 2024, 'Mustang Hood' is available, the third album by Big River, an electro-country duo formed by Federico Martinelli and Pierluigi PG Punzo. The project, produced by Fabio 'Bronski' Ferraboschi, represents a mix of classic and experimental sounds that evolves into an electro-country / alt country genre.
The Experimental Sound of Big River
'Mustang Hood' is the result of a musical journey matured through numerous live shows in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia and Croatia, which led the band to experiment and innovate their style. Preceded by the singles 'Beers In The Garage' and 'When We Dance', the album contains nine songs, eight of which are original, which skillfully combine electronic elements with classic and southern rock sounds.

Founded in 2016, Big River is known for their sound that blends classic rock and southern rock influences with electronic elements such as synths, loop stations and drum machines. Their discography includes 'Live Experience' (2017), 'Girl With Nails Painted Black' (2021) and the recent 'Mustang Hood' (2024).
