La Reggia di Caserta is ready to give voice to its visitors through a new customer satisfaction campaign of the Museum. The staff dedicated to reception, use and surveillance will propose to the public a questionnaire aimed at evaluating the degree of satisfaction of the experience in the Vanvitellian complex.
The aim of this research is to better understand the needs and expectations of users, as well as to strengthen the personal bond with the Royal Palace of Caserta, which aims to be increasingly welcoming and to promote the active participation of visitors. The initiative is part of the constant commitment of the MiC Institute to improve quality standards, in line with research conducted in previous years.
Two tools will be used to collect information: one will concern the services offered by the Museum and the overall experience of the visit, while the other will be dedicated to the Terrae Motus collection, a contemporary art exhibition donated to the Royal Palace of Caserta by gallery owner Lucio Amelio and present along the route of the Royal Apartments for four years.
Furthermore, until June 25, from Wednesday to Friday, the dedicated staff will be available to the public to delve deeper into the details and curiosities of the works exhibited in the Terrae Motus collection. Among the works on display are masterpieces by artists of the caliber of Andy Warhol, Luciano Fabro, Mario Schifano, Mario Merz, Giulio Paolini, Mimmo Paladino, Emilio Vedova, Robert Rauschenberg, Joseph Beuys, Keith Haring, Anselm Kiefer, Gerhard Richter and Richard Long.
