110 vehicles were checked and 61 reports were issued during three separate operations conducted by the men of the Stella, San Lorenzo, San Giovanni Operational Units and the Territorial Intervention Group. The operations took place in the areas of Via Foria, Piazza Nazionale and Viale 2 Giugno.
During the checks, a driver was fined for possession of narcotics (cocaine) for personal use, with consequent suspension of the driving license. The violations recorded are numerous: 12 reports for driving without a helmet, 8 for driving on the sidewalk, 8 for driving without a license, 3 for driving with an inappropriate license, 8 for failure to have the vehicle inspected, 2 for an uninsured vehicle, and 4 for driving vehicles already seized.
In addition, 9 motorcycles were seized or administratively confiscated. The operations demonstrate the authorities' commitment to ensuring road safety and combating violations that endanger public safety. Law enforcement will continue to monitor the city's roads.
