The ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 20, at the entrance to the construction site in Via Provinciale Napoli 121. The police, the local Libera garrison, the civil and religious authorities of the neighborhood, and a delegation of teachers and students from the school will be present.
A message of hope and legality
“It is an important opportunity to strongly relaunch the will to defend education and culture, which represent the highest barrier against violence, oppression and the Camorra”, declares Luigi Cuomor, president of Sos Company.
"We are pleased - Cuomo adds – that the company that is carrying out the work in this school has decided to sign the Anti-Racket Pact to defend a job and a project that should never be tainted by the criminal imprint of the Camorra and delinquents of any kind”.
The signing of the Anti-Racket Pact represents an important sign of commitment in the fight against organized crime and in the protection of the Pianura neighborhood. The goal is to guarantee the safety of the construction site and of all those who work there, and to create a climate of legality that favors the completion of the work and the future use of the school by students.
A message of hope for the future
The reopening of the Troisi school construction site represents a symbol of hope for the future of Pianura. A future in which education and culture triumph over violence and crime, and in which young people can grow in a safe and positive environment.
