Youth Volleyball Festival at Centro Ester. Memorial Returns Sunday to Remember Enzo Esse e Ignatius Langella, the two managers who contributed to building the happy parabola of volleyball at Centro Ester Napoli. Vincenzo Esse was the vice president of the volleyball sector for years, alongside president Angelo Di Bello first and then Rino Improta. His main goal was to direct young men and women from the neighborhood east of Naples and San Giorgio a Cremano towards sports practice. He lost his life as a victim of Milanese medical malpractice in June 2019. The women's S3 Volleyball Memorial is dedicated to him.
Ignazio Langella is one of the people who most identify with the Center itself. First he was a player with great charisma at the beginning of the opening of the structure. Over the years he has been present first of all as an employee as well as a manager of the volleyball sector. He has contributed in a decisive way to achieving the prestigious results that are in everyone's memory.
The promotions, the victories in the Italian Cup and in the Cev Cup. He was an employee of the Ester Center until it was possible, before being forced to change jobs. Defeated by an incurable disease, he passed away in February 2022. The Volley S3 men's category is dedicated to him. At the Ester Center there will be Padula Volley, Olympia Volley, Centro Volley, Sporting Portici, Interserinese Volley, Pallavolo Isernia and Fiamma Torrese.
