Naples. - The National Agency for Railway and Road Safety (ANSFISA) has granted the Ente Autonomo Volturno (EAV) the five-year renewal of its railway safety authorizations.
This concerns the Safety Authorization for the interconnected lines (Cancello-Benevento and Santa Maria Capua Vetere-Piedimonte Matese) and the Certificate of Suitability for Operation for the isolated lines (Vesuvian and Flegree).
A constant commitment to safety
"Over the past few months, infrastructure manager EAV has worked diligently to ensure prompt feedback to Ansfisa to ensure the renewal of authorizations," the company stated in a statement. The five-year renewal represents the maximum duration allowed by current legislation and confirms EAV's ongoing commitment to the safety of its passengers and staff.
Awards and investments
Along with the issuing of the certificates, Ansfisa renewed its qualification in the EAV Safety Management Systems Register (RSGS), demonstrating the effectiveness of the safety management system implemented by the company.
EAV emphasizes that achieving these goals was possible thanks to the teamwork of all employees and collaborators. The company is also engaged in a technological renewal process, with significant funding from the Campania Region, which will drive the necessary evolution to ensure ever-increasing safety and a culture of safety over time.
Safety and safety culture at the centre
"The role played by each actor in the competency process was essential, a sign that the awareness of what our organization was trying to achieve and had to ensure was known", he says. EAV"Today, however, it is essential that this awareness be guaranteed and maintained over time, and to this end, EAV will provide all necessary assurances."
The company reaffirms its commitment to railway safety and to fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.
