Alfonso Aurino, the 18-year-old involved in the terrible accident that occurred on the night of June 21st in Torre Annunziata, died yesterday afternoon.
The collision between scooters had already been fatal for 26-year-old Luigi Gara, who died instantly at the moment of the violent impact
Alfonso Aurino was admitted to the Ospedale del Mare, where his condition immediately appeared critical. Despite the efforts of the medical team, the young man died due to the serious injuries he suffered.
The other two boys involved in the collision are still in a reserved prognosis. One is the girlfriend of Louis Race who was with him on the scooter.
Investigators will have to clarify the dynamics of the accident, which occurred in Via Caracciolo, in the port area. The motorcycles were traveling in opposite directions at the moment of impact.
Law enforcement continues to work tirelessly to determine the causes of the fatal collision that took the lives of two young people from Torre Annunziata.
