The Speaker of the House announced it in the Chamber Lorenzo Fontana. "The sanctions take effect immediately.", added Fontana, "are communicated to theAssembly and under no circumstances can they be the subject of discussion."
I want to clarify that what happened in yesterday's session as a whole must be severely condemned by the presidency: political confrontation, even on divisive issues, can never degenerate into physical confrontation, insulting others, violence, and thus a breach of the institution's dignity. I say this not to protect one side, but the institution as a whole.
