“I believe that institutional dialogue is extremely important – he added – a dialogue with the Region, Municipalities and central Government is necessary because only through dialogue is it possible to achieve results and deploy these resources that are extremely large, both from the FSC but also from European programming.
Up to now we have always had major spending problems. Today the issue is to come together to ensure that projects that are actually feasible and for which there are plans can be rapidly financed in order to meet the expectations of citizens,” he concluded.
