1500 new hires in Campania by 2026: this is the goal of Webuild, a leading company in the large infrastructure sector, in collaboration with the Campania Region.
The agreement was signed today in Naples between President De Luca and Webuild CEO Salini.
The initiative is part of the “Cantiere Lavoro Italia” program, promoted by Webuild to create 10.000 jobs across the country by 2026, with a special focus on Southern Italy (80% of hires).
In Campania, Webuild has already hired 570 people, bringing the national total to 2.800 hires since the program began last November.
Training at the center: to support employment growth and the development of specialized skills, Webuild, in collaboration with the Campania Region, will activate two training centers:
Basic training center in Caserta: will offer courses for construction site workers and general professional figures.
Advanced Training Center in Apice (Benevento): will focus on specialized training, with a TBM simulator for training operators in tunnel excavation.
Training activities already started: in May 2024 the first course for Tbm multifunctional workers started at the AV/AC Napoli-Bari construction site in Bovino (Foggia).
Ambitious goals: Webuild aims to hire 2.500 people in Italy in 2024, of which 1.000 trained within its schools. 80% of the hiring planned for 2024 will be concentrated in Southern Italy.
Webuild's commitment to training and employment in Campania is confirmed as solid and concrete, with the aim of creating a stable and qualified working future for the young people of the area.
ROME – "These will undoubtedly be two important matches against Napoli and Juve. They're more significant, but ultimately they're still worth three points." Gian Piero Gasperini maintains a moderate stance on the eve of the league match against Antonio Conte's team. "The Champions League odds don't vary much from season to season, so they'll be important matches, but not decisive for fourth place."
The Giallorossi coach rejects the idea of a definitive turning point in the European race and urges us to look at the overall path. "We've always focused on our own path. After 24 matchdays, we're there, along with Juve and Napoli, with AC Milan still visible. I've always achieved results on the penultimate or final matchday. We must be ready to stay in the competition until the end."
Dino De Angelis, a Lucanian narrator who has long been a favorite with Castellammare di Stabia audiences, always large and passionate about his storytelling, returns to Castellammare di Stabia on Saturday, February 21st, at the Teatro Stabile Santa Filomena, with a tale that can be described as a motorsports epic. With the emblematic title "Traiettorie," De Angelis invites the audience to follow...
NAPLES – Scott McTominay will be out of the match against Roma. The Scottish midfielder has not been included in the squad for the next league match after suffering a physical problem in the last match against Genoa.
Despite recovery efforts in recent days, the player's condition hasn't allowed him to be definitively cleared. Napoli's medical staff has carefully assessed the situation, choosing not to rush the process to avoid possible relapses that could complicate the rest of the season.
