LThe gallery “Giosi Spazio 104”, located in an ancient building near the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, will host an exhibition from July 11th to 25th. This exhibition event will present paintings, photographs and sculptures by ten talented emerging artists selected through a “call for artists” organized by the new Neapolitan reality. The inauguration of the exhibition, curated by Fabiana Carelli, will take place on Thursday, July 11th, from 18 to 22 pm.
The selected artists
The exhibition will feature Anna Maria Mercogliano, Fiorella Capasso, Gaetano Saraiello, Gennaro Russo, Laser, Luigi Mallozzi, Mattia Carella, Serena Russo, Umberto Carotenuto and Vittorio D'Antonio. These artists were chosen from many candidates in an exciting challenge made of canvases, brushes, pencils, shots and clay. The selection was curated by the founding members of the association that manages the gallery, known for their attention to detail and the quality of the works exhibited.
Awards and awards
During the inauguration of the exhibition, the names of the three winners among the participants, chosen by the gallery's commission, will be announced. The winners will receive vouchers to spend at the Giosi belle arti store, which is located not far from the gallery itself. The founders Fabrizio and Guido Giosi explained how this "Call for Artists" has already given great surprises, with works characterized by authenticity, technique and meticulous attention to detail.
An artistic mission
Fabrizio and Guido Giosi, in addition to managing the gallery, are also owners of the homonymous shop of fine art supplies, a family history started in 1830 by Francesco “Ciccio” Giosi. The Giosi brothers consider sharing their passion for art as a true mission, carried out with pride. Thanks to an adequate exhibition space, they wanted to offer an opportunity to these deserving emerging artists.
