Capaccio. Three people were seriously injured, including one in life-threatening condition, in a shooting that occurred on the night of Saturday, July 13, in Capaccio-Paestum, during the International Festival of the Deaf, currently underway at the Ariston Hotel.
The victims are all motorcyclists belonging to the group “Deaf Bones Motorcycles”, from Naples. According to an initial reconstruction, the shooting was the epilogue of a violent fight between two Neapolitan brothers, also participants in the Festival, and the group of motorcyclists.
One of the two brothers pulled out a pistol and fired at least 13 9mm shots, seriously injuring three people. The injured were rushed to hospitals in Eboli, Battipaglia and Salerno.

The search for those responsible has been entrusted to the Carabinieri of the operational section of the Agropoli company and the Capaccio Scalo station.
The episode has caused great dismay among the participants of the Festival and in the local community. The Carabinieri are working to reconstruct the exact dynamics of the facts and bring the culprits to justice.
