Naples. Yesterday morning, the officers of the Police Station Vicar-Mercato, during a control operation, they noticed a man who, in exchange for money, was delivering a package to a woman in Piazza Capuana.
The officers intervened promptly to stop the illegal action and stopped the suspect, finding him in possession of four packages of cocaine and 55 euros, presumably the result of the illegal activity. The woman, however, had with her the dose she had just purchased.
The man, a 32-year-old Nigerian with a criminal record, was arrested for possession and dealing of narcotics, while the buyer was administratively fined for possession of drugs for personal use.
