The northern and eastern areas of Naples are dominated by baby gangs. In Piscinola and San Giovanni, groups of young motorcyclists patrol, marking the territory.
Although there are many significant differences between the city centre and the suburbs, there is one common element: in terms of anarchy and crime, it makes little difference whether you are inside the ancient Greek walls or near the hinterland belt.
From Rione Sanità to Scampia, from Piazza Mercato to the eastern area, from the Spanish Quarters to Pianura, Naples is controlled by the baby gang who patrol the territory on scooters and motorcycles.
In Piscinola, in the northern part of the city, as demonstrated by several videos sent to the deputy of the Green-Left alliance Francesco Emilio Borrelli, groups of minors patrol the streets on scooters and dirt bikes, riding without helmets and with two or three people on each seat. A similar situation occurs in the Baronessa district, in the eastern area of the city.
