Great enthusiasm and participation at the Teatro Troisi in via Leopardi, where the patron and artistic director Pino Oliva presented the new artistic season 2024-2025. In an evening dedicated to quality and innovation, Oliva, accompanied by the television host Jolanda De Rienzo, illustrated the themes and shows that will animate the next theatrical year. With a growing number of subscribers, now at 2600, the goal of reaching 3000 is ever closer thanks to the tenacity of Pino and the patronage of the Campania Region and the Municipality of Naples. The Shows of the 2024-2025 Season
The theater season will open on October 17 with Paolo Caiazzo and his show “Boomer- Un papà sul sofà”. Following, from November 7, Teo Teocoli will present his one man show “Tutto Teo”. Francesco Procopio will be the protagonist from November 21 with “Grisù- Giuseppe e Maria”, while on December 3 the comedy “Questo bimbo a chi lo do” with Eduardo Tartaglia and Veronica Mazza is expected. The “Nuova Orchestra Italiana” presented by Gino Rivieccio will perform from December 12, while from January 2, 2025 the stage will be of I Ditelo Voi with “Dirotta sul nulla”.
Other Expected Appointments
From January 16, 2025 Giacomo Rizzo will present “Due cuori e una cabina”, followed from February 6 by Antonello Costa with “Il principe del varietà”. The duo Simone Schettino and Francesco Procopio will perform in “Happy Ending” from February 27, while from March 20 Monica Sarnelli will present the concert “Sirene, Sciantose, Malafemmene e altre storie di donne veraci” by Federico Vacalebre. Peppe Iodice will be the protagonist from April 3 with his show “Ho visto Maradona”, followed from May 8 by Biagio Izzo and the show “Sos”.
Free Shows and TV Program
On February 11, comedian Mariano Grillo will entertain subscribers with the free show entitled “Tutto Fuori Controllo”. The season will be completed by the long-awaited work in option by Massimiliano Gallo “Anni '90- Noi che voluto la favola” starting from May 22. In addition, the television program “Peppy Night” with Peppe Iodice will return from November 25, until February 2025, broadcast live from the hall in via Leopardi and on air for 10 episodes on Monday evenings on Canale 21. Subscribers will have the right to pre-emption for the purchase of entrance tickets.
Events for Schools
For school children, the matinees will resume in October with the show on legality written, directed and performed by Eduardo Tartaglia, on stage with Veronica Mazza. The show “Le radici del male”, freely adapted from the book of the same name by magistrate Catello Maresca, aims to raise awareness among young people on important social issues.
