The owner of a pastry shop in Frattaminore wrote to MP Francesco Emilio Borrelli after suffering two attempted thefts in just eight days. The last episode occurred at 3,16:18 a.m. on October XNUMX.
Five men arrive in a car in front of the entrance to the pastry shop. Armed with a crowbar and a flex, they break down the first shutter, destroy the glass of the door and break into the area in front of the pastry shop.
They immediately attack the second shutter, but at that point the alarm goes off. Taken by surprise, they decide to gather their tools and flee.
“The province of Naples is under siege by criminals. There is not a week in which thefts and robberies do not occur, even violent ones, with the risk of mourning innocent victims. We are facing a drift without brakes, the victims being good people and honest workers, who feel crushed by the underworld.
We must guarantee safety to our fellow citizens, increasing the presence of the territory, especially in the internal areas of the province, too often abandoned. We must respond harshly, blow for blow, to those who think they can let the law of the strongest prevail over that of civil life". These are the words of Francesco Emilio Borrelli, deputy of Alleanza Verdi – Sinistra, in collecting the citizen's complaint.
