Tragedy in Ischitella, a hamlet of Castel Volturno, where a woman of about 50 years old, of African origin, was found dead in her home in via Rossini, a few hours after being discharged from the hospital.
The woman had felt unwell the previous evening and had gone to the hospital, from which she was later discharged. However, in the following hours, her conditions may have worsened, leading to the tragic epilogue.
The Carabinieri of the Castel Volturno Tenancy intervened to gather information on the incident and start an investigation. It is believed that the death was due to natural causes, but the possibility of medical responsibility is not excluded, a hypothesis that the investigation will clarify.
