The three, stopped by the agents of the Acerra Police Station led by the deputy commissioner Livia Nicodemo, are seriously suspected of having committed, in collaboration with each other, a series of crimes against young victims. The precautionary order, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Nola at the request of the local prosecutor's office, has revealed a detailed investigative framework, with criminal episodes that occurred between 5 and 17 September.

Three hits in less than two weeks

The robberies were characterized by recurring and particularly violent methods. The first episode occurred on September 5th in the parking lot of theIpercoop: a man, approached by a 500L with two individuals on board, was convinced to move to an isolated area with the excuse of an intimate meeting. There he was threatened with a knife and robbed of 20 euros, two rings and credit cards. Before fleeing, the criminals also punctured the tires of his car.

On September 15, in the same area, another man was attacked by a group of three people: forced to move the car to a secondary road, he was robbed of 60 euros, of his cell phone – later formatted – and threatened with the promise of retaliation, after the robbers photographed his car and his identity document.

The last hit dates back to September 17: a was stopped in his Yaris at the Ipercoop roundabout. After being forced to stop, he was brutally attacked with a , kicked and punched, and robbed of money, telephone and personal effects.

Precautionary measure modified for one of those arrested

Following the preliminary hearing, lawyer Vincenzo Esposito, Antonio Marchese's defense attorney, presented a request to replace the precautionary custody in prison with house arrest, highlighting elements that mitigated the precautionary needs. The investigating judge of the Court of Nola accepted the request, ordering Marchese's transfer to house arrest pending trial.

The investigations, coordinated by the Acerra Police Station, continue to reconstruct the entire network of responsibilities and to ascertain any further episodes linked to the gang.
