An elderly woman and four children were rescued from the balconies after a fire broke out in a condominium building.
According to the reconstruction by the police, the man would have presented himself at the offices of Social Services and the Social Secretariat at 8:30 in the morning to request financial assistance. When the request was refused, RA would have returned to the municipal premises, where he allegedly set fire to several documents located in a bathroom on the first floor of the building.
After careful investigations, the State Police officers were able to identify the 35-year-old, then proceeded with the complaint at large for arson and damage.
