The investigation, initially conducted in Turin, was transferred to Rome after the decision of September 6th of Fifth Section of the Court of Cassation, who declared theterritorial incompetence of the Piedmontese capital and ordered the transfer of the documents to the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Capital.
