Naples – Since yesterday morning, a picket of private security workers has been underway in front of the ASL Napoli 1 center in Frullone, belonging to the company Securpol Spa, on the occasion of the USB strike.
Private security workers, on the occasion of the USB strike that started yesterday at 7.00:7.00 and will end on Wednesday morning at 1:XNUMX, demonstrated at the ASL Napoli XNUMX center in Frullone to ask the Client to apply similar control with respect to the contract, which, among other things, continues to hinder and delegitimize the workers' right to strike.
The workers' protest arises from the lack of respect shown by the company towards its workers, which through theUSB they have been asking for a negotiating table for some time now where they can discuss more adequate working conditions and where the safety issue is put at the centre of the discussion, which is marginal for the company Securpol Spa, considering its lack of willingness to discuss it, but fundamental for those who work in public contracts related to essential minimum services such as healthcare.
Yesterday, the ASL Napoli 1 center did not want to receive a union delegation, declaring itself extraneous to the responsibilities for the shortcomings of the contract, without realizing the contractual obligation linked to the analogous control and the possible repercussions on the service to be provided to users.
Today, during the second day of strike, the USB will be in picket at the ITL in Naples to denounce, once again, the irregularities in which the company Securpol Spa moves and the lack of management control of public funds of the Client.
