Anti-drug operation by the State Police in Afragola: a network of drug dealers dismantled thanks also to the statements of some collaborators of justice.
This morning, in fact, the agents of the local police station executed a custodial order in prison against five people, considered seriously suspected of being part of a criminal association dedicated to the trafficking of narcotics, in particular cocaine, active in the territories of Afragola, Caivano and Cardito in 2022.
The order was issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples at the request of the Neapolitan District Anti-Mafia Directorate, which coordinated the investigations. The investigative activities, conducted with interception and stakeout techniques, were strengthened by the statements of some collaborators of justice.
The operation is part of the ongoing fight against drug trafficking conducted by the Police in the areas most exposed to organized crime.
