An 30 year old from Sarno he was subjected to the precautionary measure of prohibition from approaching his mother, with the application of an electronic bracelet, following an order issued by the investigating judge of the Nocera Inferiore court, at the request of the public prosecutor.
The man, investigated for mistreatment of family members, robbery and personal injury, is said to have repeatedly harassed his mother with requests for money, going as far as physically attacking her to steal cash kept in a safe.
The Carabinieri of the Sarno Station carried out the measure yesterday, putting an end to the violence against the woman, who does not live with her son.
