Policeman-doctor saves life of three-year-old boy suffering from respiratory crisis

There's a three-year-old boy from Isernia who, for a few days, has had a much older friend: Celestino. Aka, the policeman whom fate brought him across, saving his life. It begins with the desperate screams of a man calling for help. Those cries reach the ears of Celestino, a local police officer who happens to be passing by, off duty.
