The Ministry of Health has issued a food recall throughout Italy for eggs contaminated by Salmonella Enteritidis.
The recalled eggs are fresh cat. A branded Allevamento Falco srl – Gino, packaged in the factory in via Fontana Vecchia 15 -81021 Arienzo (CE), almost on the border with Sannio. The recalled production batches, sold in packs of 30 and 6 eggs, are the following:

The reason for the recall is indicated by the Ministry as “Serious risk to consumer health due to the danger of salmonella enteritidis”, or salmonella enterica. Anyone who has purchased eggs from the aforementioned batches must therefore return them to the point of sale.
