LThe Campania region's Civil Protection Department has extended the weather alert for strong winds and rough seas currently in force (expiring at 14 pm) until 23.59 pm today.
Strong winds are still expected, which will turn from the west to the north, with local reinforcements. Rough seas, especially along the exposed coasts. The competent authorities are recommended to maintain checks on the correct maintenance of structures exposed to the stress of winds and wave motion as well as trees, also in line with the respective municipal civil protection plans.
