Il Police Commissioner of Naples issued 2 provisions pursuant to art. 13bis of Legislative Decree 14/2017, as amended by Legislative Decree 130/2020, against two Neapolitans aged 43 and 38 who were responsible for aggravated personal injury.
In particular, last May 14th a patrol car from the Posillipo Police Station intervened in via Posillipo at “The Nuns' Beach” for the report of a fight on the beach and had ascertained that the 38-year-old, annoyed by a minor who was playing with other boys, had first called him back and, faced with his rude response, had pushed him causing him to fall onto a rock causing injuries to his face.
At that moment, the young man who had been attacked had called his father who, having arrived on the beach wearing a motorcycle helmet, had used it to hit the 38-year-old, dragging him into the water where, only thanks to the intervention of other bathers, the man had managed to escape the numerous blows of the attacker.
The episode, filmed by a swimmer, was also shared on numerous social networks.
The measures, prepared and prepared by the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Police Headquarters, include a one-year ban on access to public establishments and places of public entertainment located in the Municipality of Napoli in particular in Via Posillipo, Via Petrarca, Via Sermoneta, Largo Sermoneta, Via Mergellina and Via Caracciolo as well as the prohibition of parking in the immediate vicinity of the same.
