Napoli. An inter-institutional inspection took place this morning in the Cupa Perillo area. The announcement was made in a note from the Municipality of Naples. “Representatives of the Municipality of Naples, the Eighth Municipality, the Metropolitan City, Asia and the Prefecture were present.
The purpose of the inspection was to evaluate and choose the areas that could allow the start of the works to complete the perimeter of Melito without, at first, involving the Roma community that has lived in the settlement below for decades".
The Municipality of Naples has announced that it is "strongly committed to building a process that will also allow for the planning and procurement of resources for a recovery intervention for the entire Cupa Perillo area and that will also include the demolition and reconstruction of lot P, in addition to the taking charge and relocation of the inhabitants of the settlement. The areas have been appropriately identified and the Municipality of Naples is about to begin planning."
