A gourmet product with guaranteed high quality that the whole world envies us.
A milky white world that will be celebrated in the sixth edition of the “Bufala Fest – Not just mozzarella”, a true gastronomic village that returns, after a two-year hiatus, from 9 to 17 July on the elegant Lungomare Caracciolo, in front of the beauties of the Gulf of Naples. The event is organized by Diciassette Eventi, in collaboration with the Consortium for the Protection of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and the patronage of the Campania Region and the Municipality of Naples: nine days dedicated to taste, art and culture, which this year places sustainability at the center of the event, with the aim of enhancing all the peculiarities of the buffalo supply chain.
An offer not only of taste, through stands and cooking shows but also thematic talks, musical shows and contests that will involve chefs, pizza chefs and pastry chefs.
“What's new in this edition – say Antonio Rea and Francesco Sorrentino, organizers of Bufala Fest – there will be many and all of them important, starting from the concept of the village, functional to a completely sustainable use. Furthermore, several of our partners have chosen Bufala Fest, as a prestigious showcase to present their projects related to the green transition. This year we have developed a broad and articulated program of initiatives that, through the enhancement of the entire supply chain, intends to promote the Campania region, highlighting its environmental, landscape, cultural and food and wine resources. Bufala Fest, therefore, is configured as a real territorial marketing action, creative and imaginative but also rigorously concrete, oriented towards a constantly growing target of operators and users”.
Access to the Bufala Village is free, as is viewing the shows and cooking shows in the Arena del Gusto. For those who want to taste the gastronomic delicacies offered by the exhibitors, there are three types of tickets that can be purchased on site or directly on the website www.bufalafest.com See you at Bufala Fest 2022, a unique and engaging event from 9 to 17 July, from 19 pm to midnight.
