One-off 200 euros: INPS clarifications for those who are entitled to it.

With the circular no. 73 of June 24, 2022, INPS published the methods of payment of the one-off indemnity, equal to 200 euros as per decree-law May 17, 2022, n. 50.
The one-off allowance of 200 euros is provided for individuals residing in Italy, employed workers, in the public and private sectors, holders of one or more employment relationships, who are entitled, from 1 January 2022 until the day before the publication of the circular, to the right to a contribution exemption of 0,8%.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 32, paragraphs 1 to 7, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2022, the circular provides that this allowance is paid automatically by INPS for holders of one or more pension treatments under any compulsory social security scheme, pension or social allowance, pension or allowance for disabled civilians, the blind and the deaf and dumb, as well as pension support benefits, effective by 30 June 2022.
One-off payment of 200 euros effective June 30, 2022
In this legislative provision, no mention is made of disabled people who are exclusively holders of accompanying allowances to whom, therefore, the one-off allowance of 200 euros is paid by their employer who proceeds with the direct accreditation (Article 31 of the decree-law no. 50/2022) if the conditions required by law are met.
