The VIII permanent council commission of the Campania Region (Agriculture, Hunting, Fishing, Community and State resources for development), chaired by the regional councilor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli, will carry out, on Tuesday 9 August at 12 noon, an inspection at the Cratere degli Astroni to check the state of the damage caused by the fire that occurred on August 1st.
"We will verify what the critical issues are and therefore the interventions to be carried out" - explains Borrelli for whom "it is incredible that a natural reserve is put at risk by irresponsible and uncivilized people who, without authorization, shoot off fireworks. If we have been denouncing this phenomenon for years it is also to avoid similar accidents.
We remind you that for the use of pyrotechnic material, specific authorizations are required and fireworks must be handled by expert personnel in places where they cannot create impediments and damage to things and people. From today our battle will be even more fierce" - underlines the regional councilor of Europa Verde.
