Napoli. Checks in Forcella pizzerias both in terms of food safety and to stem the phenomenon of wild table.
The prevention and control activity carried out by the ASL Napoli 1 Centro with the aim of guaranteeing the food safety of all products intended for public consumption and compliance with the provisions of the law led to an important operation on Thursday evening in via Pietro Colletta.
The Prevention Department has in fact carried out a surveillance intervention on food service premises, deploying 23 units (10 Doctors and 13 Prevention Technicians).
As many as 15 establishments were inspected for which a total of 69 prescriptions, a warning and 5 sanctions were contested administrative (for a total amount of 9.000 euros).
The staff of the Prevention Department of the ASL Napoli 1 Centro also ordered the clearing of the road from numerous tables of three premises placed on public land. Once again the general director of the ASL Napoli 1 Centro wanted to thank all the women and men of the Prevention Department, who “week after week they carry out this and other tasks of great importance.”
