SIt was becoming the terror of many parents and in the city there were already fears that the situation could degenerate to the detriment of the children's integrity.
Fortunately the Carabinieri of the station Licola – with the help of citizens and a quick investigation – they intervened.
It is around 15.30pm when in Licola Pozzuoli, near the “Oriani” nursery school in Piazza San Massimo, a man masturbates outside his car. Passers-by are shocked, call 112 and in the meantime they film that guy in front of the school.
The Carabinieri acquired and examined the smartphone footage and managed to identify the gentleman.

He is a 40 year old with no criminal record from Giugliano and the military of the Arma reported him for obscene acts in a public place. Investigations are underway to ascertain whether the 40 year old may have acted elsewhere as well.
