The Carabinieri of the Poggioreale station reported a 51-year-old woman from Ponticelli and her 32-year-old son for receiving stolen goods.
Both of Ponticelli and already known to the police, they had set up a real atelier in their apartment in Strada Comunale Maranda.
Items of clothing whose origin has not been documented are on sale at rock-bottom prices.
In the improvised atelier there are 758 items of clothing from various brands, a small machine shoplifting and even a small dressing room with a sofa and wooden panel to ensure privacy for customers.
The stock of goods has been seized and will be subjected to investigations into their origin. The Carabinieri are continuing their investigations to trace any possible complicities and understand which wholesalers of stolen clothes operate on Napoli and province purchased the goods.
