The restaurant of enterprising entrepreneur Annalisa Raiola is in fourteenth place in Italy (a very prestigious placement) and third among the six in Campania that appear in the ranking.
The list was drawn up on the basis of parameters that combine scores, reviews, reservations and visits on the restaurant's profile, evaluating its performance over the past twelve months.
The goal, as stated on The Fork's website, "is to reward the restaurants most appreciated by those who book online and offer ideas on where to eat to those looking for inspiration."
