An explosive device exploded last night in front of a commercial establishment on Via Ripuaria, in Varcaturo, on the outskirts of Giugliano.
The explosion caused damage to the shop's shutter and to those of some nearby warehouses. The blast was heard even several kilometers away. The Giugliano police station is investigating the incident.
The police interviewed the owner of the shop who said he had never received threats or extortion requests and that he could not explain the reason for the attack.

The agents also took some footage from private video surveillance cameras in the area to verify whether there are frames useful for the investigation and therefore to give a name and a face to the attackers.
