The examination was performed by the coroner Dr. Giuseppe Consalvo, assignment conferred by the Public Prosecutor of the Nocera Inferiore Prosecutor's Office, Dr. Gaetana Amoruso, which opened criminal proceedings with the hypothesis of the crime of manslaughter.
At the moment the procedure is against unknown persons, confirming the complaint presented by the young man's sister on behalf of all his family members, assisted by Studio3A-Valore SpA and byAttorney Vincenzo Cortellessa of the hole of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
The Death of Fabrizio Gaudioso, the “Good Giant”
The young man from Cava, very well known in the city and called by all "the good giant" for his imposing size combined with his kindness of soul, had felt unwell at home last January, vomiting bile and complaining pains gastric.
His mother and sister, with whom he lived, called the 118 and the 32-year-old was transported to Emergency room of the city hospital and admitted for a few days for treatment in the Medicine department and then discharged with the diagnosis of deficiency pancytopenia.
But after a few days Joyful he suffered another fainting spell at his home, completely losing consciousness. On the evening of January 24, he was again taken by ambulance to the Emergency room of the Holy Mary Crowned and from there hospitalized again.
In the early morning of February 3, the relatives of the 32-year-old were contacted by a hospital nurse who told them that Fabrizio's clinical picture was seriously crashed, inviting them to go to the hospital immediately. His loved ones did not have time to rush to him before they arrived and the young man was already dead, due to a pneumonia as they were told.
Gaudioso's relatives, through legal counsel Dr. Vincenzo Carotenuto, they relied on Studio3A-Valore SpA, a company specialized at a national level in compensation for damages and the protection of citizens' rights, and toAttorney Vincenzo Cortellessa and filed a complaint at the Cava dei Tirreni Carabinieri station.
The complaint was promptly confirmed by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Nocera Inferiore which, as mentioned, through the Deputy Prosecutor Dr. Amoruso, has open un dossier, seized the medical records and ordered an autopsy, from the results of which the relatives expect the first answers.
