They will have to answer for resisting a public official, throwing explosive material, blunt objects and smoke bombs and for participating in the brawl between both supporters, the violence, resistance and injuries caused – among others – to a policeman, the 15 ultras from Paganese and Casertana ended up under house arrest today for the clashes that took place in Pagani last 22st January.

Among the recipients of the provision is a 29 year old from Pagani, seriously suspected of being the author of the throwing smoke bomb at bus on which they were travelling fans of Casertana, which caused the vehicle to subsequently catch fire and damaged the building opposite, which housed private homes and commercial activities.
Other recipients of the measure are three residents in the area of the clashes, authors of the throwing of stones, bottles and blunt objects towards the tifoseria opponent who was walking along the street towards the stadium.
Finally, some of the perpetrators of the acts of devastation committed near the Paganese stadium, during the transfer to the place where the sporting event was to take place, have been identified; in particular, fringes of ultras from Casertana, brandishing clubs and sticks and throwing stones and blunt objects, allegedly damaged parked cars and police vehicles.
Previously, other people had been subject to precautionary measures 9 ultras (7 from Paganese and 2 from Caserta), considered responsible for the same crimes.
The 15 investigated ultras who were the recipients of the house arrest precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of court of Nocera Inferiore as part of the investigation into the clashes between fans of Paganese and Casertana, the Nocera prosecutor's office, led by Antonio Centore, is contesting, to varying degrees, the crimes of resisting a public official, throwing explosive material, blunt objects and smoke bombs, participation in a brawl, violence, resistance and injuries caused, among others, to a carabiniere, with the aggravating circumstance of having committed the facts during a sporting event.
The investigation was launched immediately after the clashes, which occurred along the route to reach the 'Marcello Torre' municipal stadium in Pagani. Among the recipients of the provision, there is also a 29-year-old from Pagani, seriously suspected of being the author of the smoke bomb thrown towards the bus on which the Casertana fans.
A launch that then caused the next one vehicle fire and damage to a building nearby which hosts homes and commercial activities. Finally, some of the alleged perpetrators of the acts of devastation committed near the stadium during the transfer to the place where the match was to be held have been identified. In particular, fringes of ultras from Casertana, brandishing clubs and sticks and throwing stones and blunt objects, they allegedly devastated the surrounding area, causing damage to parked cars and to vehicles used by the police who intervened to maintain public order.
Today's measures follow the measures taken on January 24 and February 10 against ultras belonging to both fan groups, as they were deemed responsible for the same crimes.
