The hearing took place today in the trial against the former polling station president Rachele Miraglia, Vincenza Marino and the other scrutineers of the same polling station, Michela Di Maio and Maddalena Marano, defended by the lawyers Edmondo Caterino, Francesco Lavanga, Marta Ceraldi, Nicola Ucciero and Raffaele and Gaetano Crisileo.
Filomena Letizia was heard today and during her interrogation it emerged that she had been reported by regional councilor Zannini and has a criminal case against her for having falsely reported various presidents of polling stations, for which she was heard with the guarantees of the law and as accused of a related crime.
The members of the board of directors are accused, in various capacities, of complicity in the falsification of ballots. Who tampered with the ballots? The investigation is on the alleged falsifications in favor of the regional councilor Giovanni Zannini, candidate in the Campania regional elections seven years ago.
At the time, the Carabinieri took several years to close the circle starting from an appeal to the TAR Campania presented by the candidate Filomena Letizia di Marcianise, considered a victim in this proceeding.
The next hearing is scheduled for June 20th, where the Public Prosecutor's consultant Dr. Laddaga and Marino Vincenza's consultant Prof. Alberto Bravo will have to be heard.
