Greek's tower. Car overturns near highway entrance: man injured and toll booth closed.
It happened to TGreek's Hours, where a Ford Fiesta overturned immediately after the toll barriers, at the entrance towards Naples. The causes of the accident are not known, with the car also hitting the guardrail.
The emergency services arrived immediately on the scene, with the occupant of the vehicle who, not without difficulty, was extracted and transferred by ambulance to the nearby Maresca hospital, where from what we learn he was found to have several injuries. His life is not in danger.
To allow for the necessary investigations before removing the car that is blocking the entire carriageway for the entrance to the motorway towards Naples, the temporary closure of the Torre del Greco toll booth was ordered.
